Shipping and Returns


Delivery Times and Methods of the Products


Rubygan ShPK will deliver the selected and ordered Products using the shipping methods chosen in the purchase order, to the address indicated by the User.


The Products will be handed over to the express courier within 24/48 hours after the order. Delivery is estimated to take 2-5 working days after dispatch.


At the time of delivery of the Products, the User is required to check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and unaltered.


In the event that the delivered goods show any damage presumably caused by transportation, the User may refuse delivery and immediately notify Rubygan ShPK, who will file the necessary complaints with the courier and proceed with a new shipment once the contested goods are returned.


Shipping Costs and Times


The shipping cost may vary if the weight of the items exceeds a certain threshold. Any questions regarding shipping rates and times may be sent by the User to the following address: hotickosova@gmail.com


Standard shipping costs: 2€ for orders shipping to Kosovo, 6€ for orders shipping to Albania

Orders are typically processed and handed over to the courier the next working day after the order confirmation is sent by Rubygan ShPK. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered working days, so orders placed on those days will be considered dispatched the next working day.


Right of Withdrawal


(Terms for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal)


The User, who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchased Product, has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the Product, by sending a written communication to the email address hotickosova@gmail.com or via registered mail to the following address: Albi Mall, Kati zero. using: (i) the optional withdrawal form [**] provided in the following section, or (ii) any other written declaration.


In the case of a withdrawal notice via email, the Owner will promptly send the User a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal.


In any case, the User's communication must include: a) the precise identification of the Products for which the Consumer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal; b) the order number in question.


In the case of separate delivery of multiple Products, ordered by the User with a single order, the 14-day period for exercising the right of withdrawal begins from the day the last Product was received.


(Obligation and Methods of Returning Products in Case of Withdrawal)


In case of withdrawal, the User must return the Product to the Owner without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date the decision to withdraw from the contract was communicated.

Specifically, the User must send the intact Products, in perfect resale condition (not damaged, altered, or soiled), unopened or unused, without visible signs of use (i.e., there should be no traces of any kind of use in their original packaging), complete with accessories and any manuals, without any missing parts, to the following address: RUBYGAN SHPK.


(Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal)


The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., opened cosmetics and other products that come into contact with the skin) or are connected to health protection and have been opened after delivery;

  • Products that are damaged or used, even partially;

  • Products without the original packaging;

  • Products lacking essential components (accessories, manuals, etc.);

  • Custom-made or clearly personalized goods;

  • Products that, by their nature, cannot be reshipped or are subject to the risk of rapid deterioration or alteration, such as, by way of example, already opened cosmetics.

If the Owner determines that the Product returned by the User as a result of withdrawal falls under one of the above-mentioned cases, the Owner will return the specific Product to the User, charging all shipping costs to the User.

In any case, the User is responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling different from that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products.


(Refund Following Properly Executed Withdrawal)


The Owner, once verifying the conditions and requirements described in the previous paragraphs necessary to correctly exercise the right of withdrawal, will refund the payments received from the User, using the same payment methods used by the User for the initial transaction, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day the Consumer User communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract.


The User will bear only the direct cost of returning the Product.


Rubygan ShPK is not required to refund delivery costs.


Rubygan ShPK, unless it has offered to collect the Product itself, may withhold the refund until it has received the Product or until the User has demonstrated that they have sent it back.

If the methods, conditions, and deadlines for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified in this section, are not met, the User will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid. In such a case, the User may, if requested, retrieve the Product at their own expense in the condition in which it was returned to Rubygan ShPK. In such a case, shipping and transport costs will be charged to the User.
